HOW TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLE BETTER . . .

Fiery red: The goal-oriented assertiveness of the “fiery red,”
people might bypass collaborative discussions for swift resolu-
tions, potentially overlooking alternative strategies and allies.
They are characterized by a direct style of communication, ex-

troversion, and a commanding presence. They are driven, objec-
tive, and focused on results, with a natural inclination toward
                   action and risk-taking.

Conversely, those with “low” scores for the fiery red dimension
prioritize teamwork and thoughtful planning, providing essen-
tial support to ensure project success.

Sunny yellow: Outgoing people with a “sunny yellow” style

can sometimes be perceived as overwhelming or lacking depth.
A person with an outgoing “high” I style will likely be proac-
tive, sociable, and imbued with a cheerful disposition. Their
optimistic nature makes them great at forming and nurturing

                   relationships.

In contrast, the more reserved within this group with “low” I
scores tend to excel in dissecting and questioning the logistics of
situations, often observing subtleties that others overlook. They

are often skilled at preemptively addressing potential issues.

Earthy green: Steady, “earthy green” styles as indicated by “high”
scores in the S dimension, are recognized for their cooperative
nature and persistence, often displaying humility and a noncon-

frontational approach. They shine in structured environments
where they can meticulously plan and execute tasks, extending
themselves to assist their peers. These people often reflect intro-

version, displaying a calm, patient, and supportive demeanor.
