HOW TO UNDERSTAND PEOPLE BETTER . . .

Employee Mike is characterized by the “ice blue,” C behavioral
style, leaning toward precision. He values meticulousness and
order. In contrast, colleague Shawn has a “fiery red” style and is
known for being direct and somewhat disorganized. Then there’s
Harry, who strikes a balance in his approach to orderliness.

If Mike and Shawn were to evaluate Harry, their judgments

would likely reflect their own biases. Mike might view Harry as
somewhat disorganized, while Shawn could see Harry as overly
meticulous. Both perspectives are influenced by their personal
standards and dispositions. This highlights the importance of
acknowledging our own subjective lenses when we assess others.
You should always take this into account when evaluating others.
