                •  Aggressive and dominant nature can intimidate

                    customers
                •  Gets to the point too quickly, and relationship building
                    falls by the wayside

                •  Can become impatient and expects the customer to
                    understand everything

                •  High cancellation rate—harassed customer cancels the
                    purchase

                •  Often hijacks the conversation
                •  Will lose interest if the customer doesn’t present a

                    challenge
