CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL OF ILLINOIS
AMBULATORY CLINIC RENOVATION

The Children’s Hospital of Illinois Ambulatory Clinic Renovation project, built for
OSF Healthcare Systems, included the interior renovation of a four-story, 16,000
square foot medical office building located in Peoria, IL. The project converted
doctor offices into pediatric procedure rooms, surgical exam rooms, a waiting
area, conference rooms, administrative offices and a break room on the second
and third floors. The project also featured the installation of upgraded HVAC and
electrical systems. Due to CORE’s effective project management, the multi-phased
project was completed in under five months on a fast-track schedule with minimal
disruptions to the operational facility. The Children’s Hospital of Illinois Ambulatory
Clinic now provides a renovated facility for outpatient pediatric care.
