CORE Construction
PRIMARY CARE MIDTOWN
The Primary Care Midtown project, built for Scottsdale Healthcare
Corporation, included the renovation of a 7,281 medical clinic located in
Scottsdale, AZ. The facility houses physician and administrative offices,
medical procedure rooms, and an x-ray lab. Renovations of the medical clinic
consisted of the demolition of two medical suites and the new construction
of cast-in-place concrete slabs for floors and walls, doors, ceiling electrical
grid, and flooring. Interior finishes included new carpeting, luxury vinyl tile,
and pre-finished aluminum frames to support storefront and entrances.
The project also features automatic doors, sanitary wall panels, specialized
radiation protection, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
Primary Care Midtown now provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere to
patients in the Grayhawk neighborhood of Scottsdale.
