a plenum space above it, while allowing
access for repairs and inspections and at
same time also provides the aesthetics to
the ceilings

In the site, i saw how are
they installed and what
are the problems faced.
The aluminum channels
are fixed by clamping
and supporting by G.I
wires and the electrical
lines above the false
ceiling is tied in such a
way that it does not rest
on the channels or else
there will be sagging
problems

Separation of flooring from walking closet to
washroom. Slab level is dropped for toilet .
Slab is dropped in overall one frame its not
just dropping directly below the toilet size.
