you are doing is a self-defeating behavior. Continuing with the example
above you need to recognize you blaming other people. If for example, I
am always late and I say it is because no one woke me up and get angry
about it, then I need to recognize it is that behavior that is causing people
to dislike me or avoid me.
Consider a time when you didn’t have this self-defeating behavior, can you
remember? Do you remember how you felt and how is it different from
today? Most importantly do you realize what happens when you act that
way? Do you know how people around you feel, especially those that are
close to you and love you? These are the questions that you need to
internalize and think about.
