with  the  entire  information,  find  a  friend  or  family  member  that  you  are

               comfortable with and find out if there are any correlations. When you see

               any  correlations  consider  if  they  are  the  sources  of  your  self-defeating

               behavior.


               Once  you  know  the  source,  you  can  now  go  through  the  next  step  and

               understand your unfulfilled needs. If you know the source of your behavior

               then you will most likely be able to identify and fully understand what your

               unfulfilled needs are.
