impedes human evolution.
The Origins of Elitism, and the Difference Between
Anointment and Random Luck
When I decided to study the origins of Elitism, certainly
one of the very worst the scourges of human society and
something that simply has to be eradicated for us to truly
move forward as a living entity, I started with careful
observations of people and how they seemed to feel about
themselves in relation to the public at large. It was curious
to me that there seemed to be undue pride regarding
people's seemingly natural abilities.
As I have explained, it is perfectly fine to be proud of
personal accomplishments, but the gifts that might have
been given to you by Our Creator, like intelligence, talent,
and natural abilities to learn and advance are simply a
manifestation of luck and randomness, and are really more
of a mandate for you to take these gifts and do the right
thing with them, and not use them to elevate yourself above
others who may be less fortunate.
The problem all stems from a fundamental
misunderstanding of the concept of the equality of people.
The simple phrase, as famously spoken by Abraham
Lincoln "...all men are created equal", is unfortunately
overly-simplistic and somewhat nonsensical and the elitist
or racist will quickly point this out, seemingly bolstering
their argument that they are somehow born purposely
superior.
So for clarity, I would like to change the sentence that
declares the true state of human diversity as something
more like: "All kinds of men are created equal". In other
