AGENDA OF THE MEETING

1. 100% attendance of the students is to be ensured by all the teachers in the

Google Classroom and Google Meet.
2. E-content should be effectively used.
3. Teachers must use the apps- Diksha and Nishtha for making the teaching-

learning processs more effective.
4. Stress on spoken English should be there during the classes.Students should be

encouraged to speak in English.
5. Online teaching should be as effective as classroom teaching .

• Assure 100% attendance of all students of each class in science class

• For regular timely start of classes, proper google meet link must be sent well in
advance into class group.

• For proper feedback from all students must be done through Q&A methods
• Effective multimedia contents must be utilised before during & after each

topics of your subjects.

• Promote for Download/registration of OLABS for XI&XII must be in the mind of
students(VI to VIII) and Arvind-Toys /films from Arvind-Toys trash must be viewed
in regular practice to promote scientific temperament among science -kids.
