Minutes of Staff Meeting
31 July, 2020
A meeting of the Principal was held with the members of the staff in July
on Google Meet. The minutes of the meetings are as follows:
1. All the teachers would ensure 100% attendance in their classes.
Teachers must talk to individual parents and convince them to make
their children classes.
2. All the teachers will take classes without fail. In case teachers are
called to school for official work ,they will report to school.
3. Teachers should be available on WhatsApp and mobile at all times.
4. PTMs should be held for classes as and when needed.
5. Small tests should be taken after each lesson to check the level of
comprehension of the students.
6. Tests can be made on Google forms or any other platform they find
easy.
7. Teachers should make a record of the number of absentees with
reason.
8. Teachers can come and take classes from school if they feel any
network issue in their area.
9. For timely start of the class, the teachers must share the meet link well
in advance.
10. Teachers must incorporate all the instructions communicated by the
KVS from time to time for making the teaching learning process more
effective.
11. The challenges faced by the teachers were addressed to by the
Principal with an effective solution.
