Agenda of Meeting

In subject meeting, following points were discussed:

• Ensure that all students have joined google class room.
• We have to try our best to maintain the maximum attendance in class.

• Syllabus should go on according to split up.
• Home work should be given in adequate quantity.
• Regular checking of home work must be done.

• If any suggestion needed, give it to student in private message.
• We should focus on weaker area of children.

• Important questions must be provided to children.
• Share excellent video of topic to children.
• Motivate children to use Diksha platform.

• Students must be informed about various programmes broadcasting on tv
channels.
• Observe every child, If find any problem, do counselling.

• Encourage the more use of PISA, Khan Academy.
• Follow up of non attending students on regular basis.

• Monitoring and sharing student’s performance in 15 days on assignment basis.
• If needed, discuss any topic among us.
• We should ready to help each other in handling the online, software and

computer related problems.
• In this period of covid 19, we try our best for students.

• We follow all guide line provided by government and our authority to prevent
spreading of this corona.
