There is something about Seattle. It may be difficult to define but there is certainly something

special about this city. Perhaps it is not one specific thing but a blend of the mountains, water, attractions
and people that set it apart. We are thrilled to partner with Seattle Southside Regional Tourism and Red Lion
Hotels for the West Coast Regional Roundtable.

The Reunion Friendly Network regional events are designed to connect the hospitality community
representing this region with veterans considering it for a future reunion. The West Coast Regional
Roundtable includes Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona
and New Mexico.

The event includes the RFN Basic Training Class (Planners only), an interactive supplier/planner workshop
day, individual appointments among all attendees and exploration of the Seattle area.

We will visit some amazing local attractions including Museum of Flight!

Arrival: Planners - Sunday April 30th at your leisure.

Suppliers - Monday May 1 by 3:30pm.

Departure: All attendees Thursday May 4th.

Registration: Register online or click here to print then mail your registration form. All attendee,
company, reunion and contact information will be included in the event program
book.

Military Reunion Planners: $149 per couple, $99 single (hotel accommodations are included)

Suppliers: $795 per RFN Member $1300 per Non Member. Please note hotel accommodations
are not included with registration. The Red Lion has a discounted group rate available.

Cancellation Policy: We respect the fact that things happen outside of your control. Notice of cancellation
may be made via email to Sharon@reunionfriendly.com. Refunds will be awarded if
cancellation is received on or before March 1, 2017 After that date, registration fees
will be applied to another event within the next 12 months. Planner registration fees
may be transferred to another planner in your organization.
