Treasurers, Volunteers, Convention Visitor Bureaus, Hotels, and Attractions!

Registration: Reunion Planners: Registration includes overnight accommodations June 24, 25
and 26, group meals as well as participation in all conference events. RFN Staff will
make your accommodations reservation for you. A room with two queen beds will be
reserved for you unless specific ADA accommodations are required.

Through 3-1-17 $249 per couple, $199 single

After 3-1-17 $299 per couple, $249 single

Suppliers: Registration includes participation for one organization representative in all
conference events, and an individual appointment schedule. You must be registered
at the host hotel for access to the hospitality space. Please call Crowne Plaza
Louisville Airport (502) 367-2251 for accommodations reservations after August 1,
2016. A discounted rate is available if reservations are made between August 1, 2016
and May 31, 2017 (The block includes rooms with two queen beds) Reservations

Cancellation Policy: We respect the fact that things happen outside of your control. Notice of cancellation
may be made via email to Sharon@reunionfriendly.com. Refunds will be awarded if
cancellation is received on or before March 1, 2017 After that date, registration fees
will be applied to another event within the next 12 months. Planner registration fees
may be transferred to another planner in your organization.
