“DO BIG THINGS!” This is the motto of the Rapid City Convention and Visitor Bureau. There is no

shortage of enthusiasm of the area from their staff! Rapid City has been a top destination in the central
United States for several years. Join us this October as we partner with the Grand Gateway Hotel and Rapid
City CVB to “Do Big Things” together!

The Reunion Friendly Network regional events are designed to connect the hospitality community
representing this region with veterans considering it for a future reunion. The Central States Regional
Roundtable includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas,
Louisiana, and Texas.

The event includes the RFN Basic Training Class (Planners only), an interactive supplier/planner workshop
day, individual appointments among all attendees and exploration of the Rapid City area.

Registration: Register online or click here to print then mail your registration form. All attendee,
company, reunion and contact information will be included in the event program
book.

Military Reunion Planners: $149 per couple, $99 single (hotel accommodations are included). RFN will
make reservations for you.

Suppliers: $795 per RFN Member $1300 per Non Member. Please note hotel accommodations
are not included with registration. The hotel has a discounted group rate available.

Cancellation Policy: We respect the fact that things happen outside of your control. Notice of cancellation
may be made via email to Sharon@reunionfriendly.com. Refunds will be awarded if
cancellation is received on or before August 30, 2017 After that date, registration fees
will be applied to another event within the next 12 months. Planner registration fees
may be transferred to another planner in your organization.
