Dear sir or Madam:

The last week we ordered 10 boxes of red wine (item #354533) from your
digital catalogue on January 08, I received the order in January 13,
unfortunately, when I opened three boxes were broken in the sides and
only contained 7 complete boxes, no one is complete in the broken boxes.

To resolve the problem, I require another three boxes of red wine to
compensate the broken bottles as soon as possible by airplane for our
event that is the next week, as we will waiting for the replacement.

Thank you for your attention to this letter, I have been a loyal and
happy customer for this 6 year. And it’s the first time something like
