Dear Mr. Torres:
We are writing to inform you that the last month we contact you for
bringing us the telephone service to long distance and extra time,
unfortunately, we had and have problems with this service.
The calls we make to long distance with the clients, from abroad are cut
off after two minutes, sometimes we don’t have line to call, as well as
we don’t receive some calls because the operator inform us that we do
not have service.
We suggest that you solve the problem as soon as possible, thank you for
