Dear Mr. Torres:

We are writing to inform you that the last week we contact you for
bringing us an order that we did, unfortunately, we didn´t receive this
order (N°322) and we received other order totally different, that not
is own,

Also we received an order that contains blouses and shirts, and we wanted
shoes for men and high heels in color red, we will return this to your
building offices, and we will wait as soon as possible our order and a
discount for the inconvenient.

We have been satisfied clients for more than five years and we will wait
the correct order and reimburse me for the coast of the transport for
returned the incorrect boxes.
