Letting Fee Value

A fee equal to one (1) week’s rent plus GST is charged for the following services:

• Showing property to prospective tenants and • The input of tenant details and preparation of
tenant qualifying process ingoing tenant pack

• Access to defaulting tenant database service • Remittance of the bond to Bond Authority

• Verification of application information and • Thorough sign up interview and detailed
reference checking discussion with ingoing tenant

• Verification of employment or source of income • Comprehensive Entry Condition Report with
photos of the property
• Selection of qualified tenant
• An Administration Fee of $5.00.plus GST per
• 100 point checklist for each applicant
month is charged to cover items such as
• Photo I.D. of each applicant postage, telephone calls to tenants, tradies and
other relevant parties, photocopying, faxes etc.
• Preparation of leases and bond lodgement
documentation
