6.1 Conditions to be Comply during Preparation of Tender Evaluation

The following are conditions to be comply during preparation tender evaluatian:
 Tender to be considered limited to the tenders have been opened and are

listed in the tender schedule only.
 Tenders received late must not be opened and be evaluated unless the

committee decides otherwise open tender and it is subject to the Tender
Board.
 Tenderers are not allowed to alter after delivery.

 Where the tender documents allow alternative tenders (eg piling) are
submitted, each alternative must be taken into account and to be evaluate as

a separate tender.
 Relationship with tenderers is not allowed during the tender evaluation
process.

 Clarification or verification required from tenderers must be in writing to the
approval of certain parties.

 All information relating to the tender evaluation and recommendations should
be kept confidential.
