4. Technical Staff

6.2.2 3rd Evaluation Stage
The third stage of evaluation is to measure and determine the ability of the tenderer to
carry out and complete the project tendered (especially for large projects exceeding RM
10.0 million). Assessment is based on a scoring system. Determination marks made
objectively and quantitatively for each evaluation criteria in accordance with the financial
and technical capabilities of tenderers.
The third stage involves the tender price adjustments to take into account the
completion of the work on offer and also the impact of lower prices and the completion of
the tenderer's ability to determine the most advantageous tender for the
recommendation.
All analysis and evaluation shall be paid into tender report to propose to Tender
Board to be done consideration.
Tender board will make a selection and successful contractor decision to carry
that project.
