6.5 Criteria to be Considered in Evaluate Tender Document

All tender documents must:

 Tender is ‘bona fide' namely tender proposed consist of nothing additional
condition.

 Contractor registration is not suspended
 All conditions must be complied

 The contractor must be registered in the appropriate class, title and subtitle.
 Account checking has been carried out

 Once the tender has been processed all the tender documents will be
analyzed for inclusion in the tender report.

6.6 Tender Recommendation
Having completed the tender evaluation process, the quantity surveyors will recommend
the most qualified to be selected based on certain criteria.

Received tender documents will be attached to the report and recommendation of the
tender to the tender board.
