1. Example of mistake : QS had need to replace RM 510.00 to RM 600.00 in

number column (Amount) in BQ in A/1 face by using red pen.
2. Further QS has to total again tender price in that A/1 's page and replace with
correct amount in collection column

3. Total tender sum in collection column was amended would be brought to
collection form and QS measure has to total again that tender price and
replace with correct amount.

4. Further, correction in tender price were made in to collection would be
brought to summary form.

5. QS has to total again tender price in summary form and total tender sum was
amended this are going to move into tender form.
