4. Satisfactory Current job performance
Had no project which obtains poor record from project supervisor officer or
face termination action employment.
Evaluated tenderer does not face certain termination action, the project has
no pain and work performance is in good condition.
Revision of current performance can be made through the background
information of the CIDB, the project supervisor official reports etc.
Tender that does not fulfils any pre condition above are failing initial
assessment and not eligible to be given consideration further.
6.2.2 2nd Evaluation Stage
Second stage assessment only made on several tender who passed assesment at first
stage starting with lowest tender according to price model tender ascending. Criterias to
determine most profitable tender to be taken into consideration:
1. Tender price
Tender price and rate in Bill of Quantities by tenderers will be analysed and
will be compared with tender price and rate by the consultant.
2. Experiances
If the tenderer’s tender price is low, the tenderer should prove and excellent
work record in executing works of at least two similar works within past five
(5) years.
3. Current Work Performance
Current job is other uncompleted or in progress work during tender closing
date.
Evaluation of the current work performance should be based on the report
from Superitendant Officer (SO) or the Engineer who supervises the
project.The tendererr’s work performances are categorized as below :
Excellent – The achievement of actual progress exceeds planed
schedule.
