Professional Practice: Guideline for Quantity Surveyor Chapter 1
Graduate Members
• Graduate member shall be persons who have passed the Final Examination;
and who have yet to acquire a practical knowledge in surveying.
Probationers
• Probationer shall be persons who have passed the Intermediate Examination,
and such a person may continue as a Probationer until the end of the fifth
calendar year after that in which he has passed such examination; provided
always that the Council shall have power to vary the period of probation
either generally or in the case of particular persons.
1.5.3 Benefits of Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM) Membership
