Prayers Which Overcome Institutional Evil
Presently the Lord is dealing with our nation concerning abortion,
the murder of pre-born babies. This wickedness has been legalized
and institutionalized in our land. Can the Church wake up to reality
and begin to pray to release the Lord’s righteous judgments and
vengeance concerning this horrific evil in our nation?
2. Pray out of revelation and not opinion.
We can boldly ask the Lord to remove His enemies in His timing,
especially evil civil rulers, when we have revelation from Him that
they will never repent and acknowledge the Kingship of Christ.
(Psalm 2).
Pray in the corporate anointing authorized by apostolic
leadership. (Acts 4).
This is an assignment for the army of God, not just a few soldiers.
While we honor those dear prayer warriors who were advanced in
revelation from God and who prayed these prayers in their closets
for years, we need to know we are much more effective when we
recognize this is mainly a corporate assignment for the corporate
Body of Christ.
4. Pray with patience.
All accounts are not settled in this life. There is a final judgment at
the end of history. There is a final vindication of the righteous and a
final destruction of the wicked. There are also various days of the
Lord in history when the Lord vindicates His servants and releases
vengeance upon His enemies.
