The conceptualization process for this house started with the owner's idea of blending two architectural contrasting styles, classic colonial architecture with a contemporary style.
The result is a mixture of different types of building materials and finishes, on one hand, modern exposed steel beams, laminar wood louvers, black PVC window frames, contrasted with a more conservative, colonial iron doors, wood beams, red clay tiles, along with some lined stone walls.
This blending continues by placing a ¨zaguan¨ before the entrance, which is a space previously placed in colonial houses before the main patio, to receive visitors without entirely accessing the property.
In contrast, the residence contains a contemporary kitchen, bar, wine cave, and game room areas, offering an eclectic architectural mixture throughout the house.
