Considering the property’s elongated shape, the general layout of this project started, by placing the main entrance and staircase in the center of the house, allowing circulation spaces to be reduced at their minimum, turning this area into a small hall, providing easy access to any part of the house from there.
The basement accommodates all service-storage areas, game room area, as well as four parking spaces.
The first floor integrates all public areas, as well as an inside patio, located in the back corner of the house, filled with vegetation, which provides cross ventilation for the kitchen, serving at the same time as an embellishing focal point.
The second floor contains all private areas within the residence, distributing three ample bedrooms and bathrooms in this zone.
Diagonal elements were added to the mostly rectangular structure, helping to break the rigid squared geometry of the project, thus giving it a more dynamic and playful appearance.
