Please be advised that pursuant to School Board Policy 4-54 it is the desire of
the board that the facilities of the division be made accessible and usable by
handicapped persons in accordance with state and federal regulations. HEW
Regulations, Sec. 504, Rehabilitations Act of 1973, 29 USC 706, Part 84 non-
discrimination on the Basis of Handicap in Federally Assisted Programs. Any
staff member wishing to grieve an issue must comply with the state grievance
procedure Policy 5-3. Any student wishing to grieve an issue must comply with
School Board Policy 7-4.
