                                                      New Sale Checklist

                     Review contracts and paperwork before inputting into ZIPforms
                     Deliver Earnest money check to office immediately
                     Obtain Pre-approval or proof of funds
                     Verify buyer has applied for financing
                     Arrange home inspections and help buyer negotiate repair requests
                     Select a closing attorney
                     Verify appraisal has been ordered
                     Stay updated on Buyer’s loan status
                     Stay updated on closing attorney’s progress
                     Review CL100 prior to closing
                     Verify all contract contingencies have been satisfied
                     Deliver any earnest money to the closing attorney
                     Arrange for closing date (in-person/mail away)
                     Review Closing Document/Settlement Statement prior to closing
                     Verify walkthrough has been completed if desired
                     Attend closing with client or be available for any issues
                     After Deeds have recorded property keys can be given to buyers
                     Retrieve a copy of the CD/settlement statement with commission check from Buyer’s attorney
                     Turn all checks and settlement paperwork into the office
