It is imperative that all exhibitor employees involved with the show observe certain precautions and re-
strictions to ensure that the floor and drapes are not damaged during the course of the show, including
setup and takedown. The repair costs for any damage to the floor or drape by an exhibitor’s employee
or animal will be the responsibility of that exhibitor. The minimum cost of repairs range from $300.00
on up, so it is crucial that you pass a copy of this sheet to all staff people who will be involved with the
setup, takedown and the show itself.

< This is the number one issue: Any animal messes must be cleaned up by the exhibitor. The exhib-
itor and / or handler will need to keep their own supply of paper towels and disinfectant at the show.
< There will be a designated pet “potty” area on the north side grassy area of the pavilion. Mess bags
will be available for self clean up.
< Tarp or plastic must be placed under x pens or open areas where the animals will be kept during the
duration of the show, to minimize clean up.
< If you must tape down any materials (i.e. edges of carpeting, electrical cords, etc..) Only VINYL tape
is approved at this hall. Vinyl tape is the same as electrical tape that should be available at local hard-
ware and home center stores. Duct tape and masking tape are not allowed because they can leave
an adhesive residue that requires special cleanup by the facility. As with other damage, the cost of that
cleanup is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

< Should you need to hang a banner from the pipe & drape, feel free to use bungee cords, or ask us
for “S” hooks. Please do not safety pin anything to the drape—to avoid tearing. Limit the amount of
weight to the pipe & drape to avoid tipping.
Observation of these requirements and the use of your best judgment will minimize the possibility of
damage to the facility and any additional costs to your company. If you have any questions or con-
cerns, please contact our office immediately.

Thank you for your cooperation and participation.
