NOTHING MOVES BEFORE 5PM SUNDAY

FOR ATTENDEE SAFETY:

No one is allowed to move equipment and materials into the hall, or

through the aisles before 5pm on Sunday. This includes, but is not limited

to: two wheel dollies, carts, paper boxes, tool boxes, crates and pretty

much everything and anything else you can imagine.

Please be considerate and throw your trash and boxes in a garbage bin, or
the outside dumpster located on the North side of the Pavilion.
DISMANTLING & REMOVAL

1) No one is allowed to dismantle or move out before 5pm. Dismantle after
5pm. Then go to get your vehicle.
2) After your booth is COMPLETELY dismantled you may move your vehicle
closer to the building, please do not block any side doors on the street.

3) Do not block the over head door a fire lane and needs to be kept open.,
there is limited parking off to the side of the overhead if needed.

4) Pet Show personnel will be directing traffic, please adhere to their instruc-
tions. Please be courteous of your fellow exhibitors to get everyone out in a
timely fashion.

DISPOSAL

All displays and materials MUST be removed Sunday night or they will be

disposed of by maintenance.
