As you go through this process, you will normally have to add new rows and cut and paste.
Do not be worried about creating too many rows even if sometimes all they will contain is
one word. Keep the labels in column 5 up to date as you encounter important new labels and
actions. Enter a bookmark at the starting point and find and highlight repetitions.
Numbers, topics and word counts
When you have completed your detailed analysis and breakouts you can number the frames
and, if appropriate, carry out a word count of the prologue etc. using Word Count from the
Tools menu. You can also use Word Count to calculate the subjective–objective time of topics.
In most cases you will need a number of iterations before exposing the full story.
