You have acknowledged usually ungraciously - number of important omissions and
redactions to the portal predominantly adverse to the application - and corrected them.It
has been a struggle and I still have little confidence that the portal is accurate.

On 19 August 2019, you instructed the applicant to add the entrance to the WH sites and
internal drive to the application area and it complied. The additional area forms part of the
WH:LIC site (ASW 14 and SHELAA site 757) and is subject to policy ASW 10. I emailed you on

19 August 2019 pointing out the significance of this amendment but, as usual, there was no
response. You and your colleagues have had an open dialogue with the applicant and
everyone else is treated as a leper.

You are now in the absurd (and possibly unlawful) position where the Committee will be

This omission from the Committee pack is potentially very serious (and, among other things
affects Ashbourne Park rights of way) and is possibly inadvertent resulting from central

MSDC determination to get the WH:EDF site approved while concealing the lurking
               development of the WH:LIC site.
