Then (just after Diamond paid up) he flounced off and immediately claimed that the £500,000 was a loan
and a “contribution to property” that entitled him to a half share in my daughter’s house. He now demands
that my daughter sells up. It this happens she will be left homeless with 4 kids.
If she has to pay back the £500,000 (first hearing in Court in mid-January) I want to make sure there is no
other claim over it and if Mr S has been up to skulduggery, he should not get away with it
Fill you in with more details later!!
Best wishes,
Mike

Hi Mike,
No problem at all – give me a call later.
I am not seeing anything at the moment that would lead me to believe there is anything wrong with the claim, but I
am still going through the documents.
Regards,
Mat

Dear Mat,
Up bright and early—that’s a good sign for an investigator.
Is it okay if I a call you early afternoon today to fill in the details?
I suppose my bottom line is “was the claim kosher”
Best wishes,
Mike
