MF- You proceeded that money was yours outright to do what you wanted with

LS- Yes and he didn't say anything different

MF- Why tell family court it was a loan?

LS- Because Anthony was going to take it.

MF- So reason said it was a loan was to stop Anthony taking it.

LS- Kept asking Sig what it was but he wouldn't confirm. Biggest issue then was maintenance and
               school fees

MF- Had hearing end of January, an FDR. Did judge tell you what outcome would be at trial.

LS- Sort of. Had directions in August, was wanted roundtable. They were not being forthcoming.
Judge said had no choice but to put directions in place for something, he suggested a court type
mediation, FDR thing. Why don't we try. We said yes but would like to have roundtable before.

Then went in January, different Judge, he Just said looks like a TOLATA. He was cross we weren't
               mediating. He hadn't read everything.

MF- Did Sig make an offer?

LS- No, only in so much as he said at the beginning that Sig prepared to wait for cash until sell house.

MF- When are you going to sell? Agreed with Anthony would sell next year

LS- Anthony not in position to get own mortgage. Previous order done in different time and place,
everything has changed. I think that was there because he wanted Sig to spend some of his claim
money to pay off rest of mortgage.

MF- Is order to put house on market next July

LS- Anthony happy to extend that

MF- Not straightforward to follow the path. Number of documents with sticky labels 'MJC 68', have
               they been disclosed?

You said in family proceedings, was a loan. Was no finding made by family court. Order says that
Anthony will cooperate with repayment to Sig. Says Anthony will not prevent Sig being repaid sum
he paid to mortgage. On the face of it that says everyone was behaving as if it as a loan. If it was a
loan, why would you have agreed to slash the maintenance.

LS-1 was Just exhausted, wanted to get rid of Anthony. Was getting sicker and sicker

MF- Are you ready to sell the house?
