HELPFUL HINT:
You can use any film that is equal to or narrower than your laminating machine mandrel. For example,
if you have a 27" wide laminator, you can use roll lamination film from 4" up to 27" wide. The key to
using narrower films is to make sure the top and bottom film rolls are aligned exactly over one another.
Misalignment will lead to adhesive sticking to the heat shoes or heated rollers. So, for that 11" x 17"
job, instead of using 25" film, use 18" film, saving yourself film and waste.

REWINDING
ORDER WHAT YOU NEED AND SAVE!
Cortech offers custom slitting services to enhance our broad range of
laminating films. Our in-house slitter/rewinder can process from 3" up to
27 1/2" on 1" and 3" core sizes. This allows you to save on slitting excess film
from your finished prints by ordering film to match the sheet size. It allows you to turn one roll into two, saving wasted
film on those narrow width jobs. It also allows you to order film in sizes not normally available within the industry.
