y Life with Long Term Care—We are excited to offer this coverage to help pay for long term care expenses, like nursing or
assisted living, as well as a death beneit to your loved ones.
y Employee Assistance Program (EAP)—We will be partnering with CuraLinc in 2024 to provide you and your family
members support services to handle life's challenges.
y Evidence of Insurability—During open enrollment you and your spouse may increase your election up to two increments
(up to the guaranteed issue amount) for voluntary life without answering medical questions. You are required to re-enroll
for this beneit if you want coverage in 2024.
y Life Insurance, Disability, and Leave Carrier Change—Your Life Insurance, Disability, and Leave beneits will now be offered
