Disability Beneits
Short Term Disability STD Schedule of Beneits Based on Length of
Short-Term Disability (STD) provides you with a percentage of your weekly Service
income while you are out of work following a non-work related accident or Years of Service Number of Weeks

requires a lengthy recovery, you may be eligible for a tax-free beneit equal A— B—
to 60% of your monthly salary up to a maximum of $15,000 per month. Company Employee
