401(k) Proit Sharing

Plan Our 401(k) Proit Sharing Plan, administered by Fidelity Investments,

helps you build your personal wealth and gives you the opportunity to
invest in your future. You can contribute 1–75% of your eligible pay*
on a pre-tax and/or post-tax basis up to the $18,000 annual IRS limit.
If you have reached age 50 or will reach age 50 during the calendar
year, January 1–December, 31, you may make an addiional catch-up
contribuion. The catch-up contribuion limit for 2015 is $6,000.

You will automaically be enrolled in the plan at a contribuion rate of 6%
and in the age appropriate target date fund. This will occur approximately
90 days from your date of hire. Once you’re enrolled, the plan will provide
you with a Company match of 50% of every dollar you contribute up to
the irst 6% of your eligible pay. The Company match will be vested based
on this schedule.

1–2 25%
2–3 50%
3–4 75%
4+ 100%

If you would like to paricipate in the plan as soon as possible, decline
paricipaion, or change your contribuion rate or investment elecion(s),
you must contact Fidelity directly at www.401k.com of via phone at
1-800-835-5095 following the receipt of your irst paycheck.


If you previously worked for DAN, you may be enitled to prior service
credit toward your vesing. To ensure prior service is applied to your
account, please complete and return the 401(k) Prior Service Form.


To assist you in managing your annual contribuions and to ensure
that you don’t contribute more than the annual IRS limit, be sure to
complete and return the 401(k) Informaion Form. Both of these forms
are provided to you during your on-boarding process.


* The annual IRS eligible compensaion limit for 2015 is $265,000.
