Basic Life/AD&D Coverage/Term

Life

In the event of your death, life insurance will provide your family
members or other beneiciaries with inancial protection and
security .

Company Paid Life/AD&D Insurance
Harvard provides employees with a life insurance policy
with MetLife, paid for by the company. The beneit amount is
personally calculated for you once you log into the online beneits
portal at enroll.beneitsconnect.net/myharvardbeneits . Even
if you decline beneits, this policy is still ofered to you. Be sure
to keep your beneiciary updated at all times in the event of
your death .

Select Your Beneficiary

Beneiciaries are individuals or entities that you select to
receive beneits from your policy

You can change your beneiciary designation at any time

You may designate a sole beneiciary or multiple
beneiciaries to receive payment in the amount you specify

Minor children: If the named beneiciary is a minor, the
beneit is put ‘On Hold’ for Age of Majority (legal adult age
is 18) or until Guardianship/Conservatorship Paperwork
is received
