Eligibility
Eligible Employees
You may enroll in the Intertek Employee Beneits Program if you are a regular
full-time employee who is actively working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Dependent Eligibility
In general, eligible dependents include your spouse, same-sex domestic partner,
and children up to age 26. Children may include natural, adopted, step-children,
children obtained through court-appointed legal guardianship, as well as children
of same-sex registered domestic partners.
Enrollment
Once you’ve reviewed your choices and conirmed which beneits best meet your
needs and the needs of your family members, follow the instructions below to
complete your enrollment process.
1. Go to www.portal.adp.com.
2. For irst time users, use the access code Intertek-payme to login
and set up your account.
3. Click on the Beneits tab and then click on the Annual
Enrollment link.
4. Have your beneit decisions and all dependent information
including SSNs available.
5. Follow the system prompts to elect the beneits you want (check
Decline Coverage if you do not want a particular beneit).
6. If you want to participate in the FSA program, be sure to make
this election for 2016.
7. Click submit when you are inished. Print your conirmation
statement as proof of your elections for 2016.
