Open Enrollment 2016
Your beneit choices are important decisions—affecting how you receive
your beneits and what you pay for them. For some, the decision may
be easy; for others, the decision may require more thought. Whatever
your situation, we encourage you to learn as much as you can about your
options.
This booklet contains details about the plans and how they work.
Additional details about pricing are available through Workday or printed
on your enrollment form if your company is not yet live on Workday.
You have from October 19 through November 2 to participate in open
enrollment. This year’s enrollment opportunity is passive, meaning if
you are satisied with your existing elections, you do not need to submit
new elections for 2016. The only exception to this is if you are currently
participating or want to participate in the HSA or FSA program.
New HSA/FSA elections are required each year. Keep in mind, open
enrollment is your opportunity each year to make changes to your beneit
options. You cannot change your coverage during the plan year unless you
experience a qualifying life event.
If you have any questions about anything you read in this booklet, please
contact HR Connect at 844.766.7835 or HRConnect@Nortek.com. You
can also text the word “NTKBeneits” to 88202.
