medical plans. This year, you have the ability to choose between two
plan options with Anthem and an Essential Med plan.
Anthem’s network offers exceptional access to in-network providers
and deep discounts on services. This will result in lower costs to
you and our plan. Anthem also provides extensive online resources
including care comparison and cost estimator tools.
There may be certain procedures or services requiring multiple
providers. It is highly recommended that you verify all associated
providers are participating in the Anthem network. This not only
includes your doctor, but also anesthesiologists, lab facilities, etc. This
will help you avoid incurring any unexpected out-of-network charges
