Tuition Reimbursement

BH Management encourages all employees to expand their knowledge by
taking job-related courses that may improve their job performance or help
them achieve or maintain professional designations. The company will
provide tuition assistance to eligible employees by reimbursing them for the
cost of approved courses.

All full-time employees who have completed six months of employment
prior to starting date of the class may be eligible to receive tuition
reimbursement for approved courses of study (up to $300 per course).

Procedures

Reimbursements are available to employees on a irst-come, irst-served
basis, as budgeted funds permit. An employee who intends to seek education
reimbursement must submit a Tuition Reimbursement Request to his or her
Manager (Regional Manager for community employees) for approval at least
30 days prior to course enrollment.

Employees will not be reimbursed for tuition for courses not approved prior
to enrollment. Six months after completion of the course, the employee
may apply for tuition reimbursement. The employee must attach his or her
inal grade reports (or other proof of completion) and tuition receipt(s) to
the approved Tuition Reimbursement Request form and submit to Human
Resources, who will verify that the requirements for reimbursement have
been met and forward the request to Accounting for processing.

Limitations

Employees will be reimbursed for tuition at an accredited educational
institution six months after a course is completed with a grade of “B” or
better.

Reimbursement is limited to two courses per academic term (semester,
quarter, etc.) and will not exceed $300 per course. Books, registration fees,
and other course expenses are not reimbursable.

Continuing education classes required to obtain or maintain professional
certiications or licensing such as, but not limited to, CAM, CAPS, or CPM,
will be reimbursed 100%, provided the employee receives a passing grade and
with the approval of the Regional Manager and Regional Vice President.
