Paid Time Off (PTO)
Regular full-time employees (working a minimum of 40 hours per week)
and part-time employees (working a minimum of 20 hours per week but
less than 30 hours per week) are eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) to
cover vacations, sick leave, and other personal needs such as physician and
dental appointments, etc. Employees should submit PTO requests as soon
as possible in Paycom. When possible, PTO requests are granted, taking
into account business requirements. Refer to policy for full beneit plan
details.
Full-Time Employees
Full-time employees regularly working 40 hours per week will accrue PTO
according to the following schedule.
Length of Service Hours per Pay Period Hours per Year
1−3 Years 4.62 120
4−6 Years 6.16 160
7+ Years 7.69 200
Employees in this category will be allowed to carry over 120 hours of unused PTO each year.
Part-Time Employees
Part-time employees regularly working at least 30 hours per week, but
less than 40 hours per week, will accrue PTO according to the following
schedule.

1−3 Years 3.47 90
4−6 Years 4.62 120
7+ Years 5.76 150
Employees in this category will be allowed to carry over 60 hours of unused PTO each year.
Part-time employees regularly working at least 20 hours per week, but
less than 30 hours per week, will accrue PTO according to the following
schedule.
