What’s Changing In 2017?


X Medical

Z 4% increase in employee premiums for all plans (well below naional trends)
Z No changes to carrier (network status staying the same)
Z No major plan design changes (deducibles, coinsurance, copays, out of pocket
maximums staying the same)
Z Enhanced and beter coverage for auism treatment

Z Adding 100% coverage for certain prevenive medicaions in the High Deducible Health Plan (HDHP) with HSA
Z Premium Plan going away 1/1/2018; if you’re enrolled in this plan, consider a change this year!
X Dental and Vision

Z Dental plan contribuions staying the same; vision plan contribuions decreasing!
Z Dental plan increasing coverage for illings (no change to carrier)

Z Vision plan adding lens enhancement beneit (no change to carrier)
X All Other Beneits—Bright Horizons and Idenity Thet  NEW!

Z No changes to Life, Voluntary Life, and Disability plan designs or carriers
Z Access to free health advocacy services for employees through the Aon call center
Z New program through Bright Horizons for in-home or center based emergency back-up care child or elder
care; employee copay will apply for back-up care. Through the Bright Horizons program employees will also
be able to do the following:

f Access to Sitercity online caregiver database and senior care advising through Years Ahead for non-
emergency situaions

f Preferred Enrollment into paricipaing Bright Horizons full-service child care centers
Z New Idenity Thet coverage ofered through LifeLock
Z Voluntary Life—If you have coverage currently you may elect up to the guaranteed issue amount without
health quesions. If you do not have any coverage or wish to elect an amount over the guaranteed issue
amount you will need to submit proof of good health.

X New Beneits Administraion Plaform  NEW!
Z New partnership with Aon/Hewit as beneits administrator will provide an interacive and user friendly portal
for employees to make their annual enrollment elecions in
Z Employees will have access to decision support tools within the portal that will assist them in making beter
beneit decisions for themselves and their families

Z Our FSA program (HCFSA, DCFSA, and Commuter) will also be administered by Aon.
