Enrollment
Enrolling in Beneits:
We have partnered with Aon/Hewit for our beneits administraion, so all elecions during Annual Enrollment will be made
in the new system. You will sill access the system the same way as you always have, but it will have a new look and feel to
it.
Steps to Follow:
X When you enter the system for the irst ime, you will need to click on “Are you a new user?” to set-up your account.
X Upon clicking this, the system will walk you through seing up your ID, Password and Security quesions.
X At the end, you can register your computer so that it is recognized when you login in the future.
X Once your account is set-up, you can begin your annual enrollment and make any changes needed.
Important: Most elecions will rollover to 2017 (FSA/Commuter/HSAwill not), but we recommend that you login to
the plaform and review all elecions to ensure everything is entered correctly.
New System Tools
Online tools will help you evaluate your opions and choose the coverage that’s best for you. The tools on your
employer’s beneits website help you:
X Compare your health care opions.
X Esimate your medical costs.
X Find a doctor, hospital, or other health care provider in your plan’s network.
X Explore your life insurance and long-term disability needs.
X Decide how much you should contribute to a lexible spending account, if eligible.
Learn more about the medical plan opions and features that are most important to you, such as cost, ease of plan
use, and coverage levels for each available health care provider. Access your Summary of Beneits and Coverage for
addiional informaion to help make the right choices for you and your family.
