Life and Disability Insurance
Life and disability insurance is provided through Cigna.
Basic Life and Accidental Death and
Dismemberment (AD&D)
The company automatically provides you a beneit of $50,000, at no
cost to you, for life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment
insurance.
Employee Voluntary Life
You are eligible to purchase voluntary life insurance in increments of
$10,0000 up to the lesser of 5 times your annual salary or $500,000. You
may elect up to $200,000 without completing Evidence of Insurability
(EOI).
