Dependent Care FSA Eligible Expenses

The dependent care FSA lets you set aside pre-tax dollars to use toward
qualiied dependent care. The maximum amount you may contribute Healthcare FSA
to the dependent care FSA is $5,000 (or $2,500 if married and iling „ Doctor’s visit copays
separately) per plan year. Funds you contribute to the dependent care „ Vision care
FSA function like a debit card; you need to accumulate the funds before
you can use them. „ Preventive prescription drug

Use It or Lose It „ Medical and dental deductibles

Carefully consider your FSA contribution amounts for 2018. At the end „ Over-the-counter medications
(with a written prescription)
of the calendar year, you have three months to ile claims incurred during
the plan year and as mentioned above may roll over up to $500 of unused „ Hearing aids
healthcare funds. If you have more than $500 in funds at the end of the „ Eyeglasses
plan year, you will forfeit remaining funds.
Dependent Care FSA
The dependent care FSA does not have a roll over beneit and all claims „ Cost of child or adult daycare*
must be submitted by the March 31 iling deadline.
